About

Random Opinions is the part of the Silverelk site that is allowed to have opinions.

The opinions section of Silverelk was originally just a set of normal web pages. However, that meant it was a little cumbersome to add new opinions, and readers couldn’t enter the occasional disagreeing (or supporting) opinions. So, even though I’m definitely not a prolific blogger, I’ve converted the pages to use a blogging engine, making changes easier to add and comments possible. It also made for a nice little web-programming exercise.

Sadly, I deemed only one of my original posts to be significant enough to survive the transition, and it was modified to do so.

Of course, just how many people will actually read this blog is an open question. So if you are one of the two or three who venture here, welcome. And please feel free to leave comments on the posts.

Because the posts and information on this blog are arbitrary and may be generated at any time, updates to these are not recorded in the normal update list on Silverelk.net. However, changes to the page styles or layout will be recorded there.
